Its that time of year again, when Goulburn Race Club turns on the biggest social event of the year.
The highly anticipated Girls Day Out – Breast Cancer Awareness Day on Nov 9th, features an action packed day of racing, pampering and entertainment while supporting a worthy cause.
As the name suggests, the day is all about the ladies – and besides a program of quality thoroughbred racing, there will be plenty of entertainment on the track, in the saddling enclosure and around the grounds.
The Equmen Gift is a 100 metre sprint race that has 15 or so of Goulburn’s fit young lads training hard to impress the ladies. Fillies Form hear that the Equmen’s range of men’s underwear is perfect for everyday wear, weddings, sport or post sport recovery.
The starters, attired in the world famous Equmen high performance compression men’s underwear will be lining up at the 100 metre line for a dash to the finishing post.
Pick the winner in the sweepstakes and you could be indulging in some of the delightful prizes up for grabs.
Another feature is the Fashions on the Field competition where men, women and children in race day attire have chance to win some fantastic prizes.
Categories include Best Dressed Couple, Best Dressed Lady, Best Dressed Woman, Best Dressed Male, Best Dressed Gentleman, Best Dressed Boy and Best Dressed Girl.
The first 200 girls through the gate receive a pink goodie bag and if your in a dancing mood you can boogie on down to the PINK Tribute band.
There will be High Tea packages and the Girls Indulgence Marquee, where you can indulge in a glass of pink bubbles and some pampering.
